All political parties collected huge fund from the capitalists of the country and use like water during the election. During the election when ever the poor people vote for any political party,power goes to the ruling capitalist class because mostly political parties are financed and controlled by the same ruling class. The condition of poor class people is full of difficulties, Eighty crore people are earning five hundred to one thousand p.m. Near about fifteen crore educated people are unemployed. Corrupt govts and the officers of the public administration are unlawfully selling govt jobs. and the ruling class are purchasing. Four to six crore widows are helpless. Near about eight to ten crore daughters are waiting for marriage due to financial problems. Four to five crore sisters are compelled to do immoral professions for their maintenance. Leaders like Sonia ji, Mamta ji, jai lalita ji, Susma swaraj, Mayawati ji and others have no plan to solve their problem. Reserved seats for s.c, s.t, o.b c in govt jobs are not fulfilled in fifty to sixty years. System of issues of caste certificates in Kolkata like cities are too difficult to get. Communal and caste tension is prevailing in the society. Situation of law and order is in dangerous position.
So, we the poor people of India have formed our own party "LOKSENA". We shall send our people in parliament and the assemblies of the states with our 90 percent votes, we shall form our own govt. at the center and the states and we shall solve our own problems - like poverty,unemployment inequality. We shall eradicate corruption, communal and cast etension from the society and the country. We shall eradicate slavery - political, economic and social. We shall give equal opportunity to all citizens of our country. We shall propagate and establish love, brotherhood, harmony, justice and peace in the country. We shall establish true secularism and true democracy (equal opportunities, justice to all citizens, and no discrimination on the ground of caste, religion, sex and place of birth.
Our Struggle:
1.Right to work must be enlisted as fundamental rights of the people in Indian constitution .
2.Cultivation must be given status of industry so that the farmer can fix the price of the their agricultural products.
3.30 % Seats of parliament, assemblies of states, corporations, municipalities, Zilaprisad, Panchayat Samities, Govt.
and private jobs must be reserved for minority communities of the country.
4.Reserve seats in govt. jobs for S.C, S.T, OBC castes must be full filled immediately.
5.The Center and the state govts jointly must make a fixed deposit of Rs 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) in the name of female children within one month of their birth for their marriage expenses.
6.Maintenance allowance of Rs 3000/- (Three Thousand) per month must be paid to the unemployed persons of the country, Rs 2000/-(Two thousand per month to the widows and Rs 2000/- (Two Thousand) to the senior citizens of India.
7.Black money whether in India and abroad related to Indian citizen must be declared govt. properties and must be used for the development of the country.
8.The Election expenses limitation which is authorized by election commission of India is Rs . 40,00000/-(Forty Lacks) for parliament election and Rs 160000/- ( Sixteen Lacks) for assemblies of state elections which differ more or less state to state must be reduced to 5,00000/-(Five Lacks) for parliament elections and 1,50000/- ( 1.5 Lacks) for assemblies of states elections. The present expense limitation is helping the ruling capitalist’s class and it is against the interest of 95% poor class people of the country.

Aims and Objects & Movements
The party shall ensure justice- social, political and economic to all citizens of India irrespective of caste, creed, sex, religion and place of birth.
The party shall try to ensure proper representation of all caste, community and religion of people in government-Executive Legislature, Judiciary, Administration-Public Administration, Police Administration, Military Administration, wealth, land a business according to their populations.
The party shall protect the people of Bahumat Samaj (SC,ST,OBC and relgious minority) women, Childred, poor and other people of weaker section of the society from any kind of discrimination, atrocities and explotations.
The party shall try its best to ensure jobs or employment to all unemployed people of the country according to their qualifica-tions or capacity. All unemployed people shall be given reasonable maintenance allowance from government during their unemployment period so that they can maintain their family.
The party shall try its best so that right to works should be enlisted as fundamental rights of the people.
Agriculture Sector shall be given status of industry. Fixation of the price of the agricultural products shall he done by an autonomous body which will be fully constituted by the agriculturist.
Special .education and medical facilities will he ensured to the SC,ST,OBC, religious minorities, women and other poor and underdevelop sections of the society.
The party shall protect the labourers, government employees and busirE.ss men of Bahumat Samaj people from the exploitation and atro¬cities of the politicians, high officials and capitalists.
Limitation of personal money, wealth and land shall be ensured so that the factors of production should be utilised in the interest of the country and the general people.
The party shall abolish the inhuman and anti-social system of prostitution from the society and the country. And the victims of such profession would he provided Suitable jobs so that they can start an Hon'ble life like other citizens of the country.
The party Shall strive against casteism, Communalism, trrorism, rectionlism, exploitation, enjustice, salavery of all kinds, social, political and economic, poverty, corruptions of all kinds.
The party shallcreate a new society in -which each and every citizen shall be ensured equality, justice, peace and communal harmony.
The party shall take inicittive to form trade unions to safe guard the rights and interests of all kinds of labourers such as agricultural, industrial belonging to public and private concern and the business men of Bahumat Samaj.
The party shall ensure the minimum primary education to all the people of the country irrespective of caste, creed, sex,religionl free of cost and the party shall also publish, telecast and broad- I cast different types of journals, books and periodicals, lectures, workshops, seminars etc. for the purpose of general education of the people of in common. The party shall also ensure special steps ' for tie purpose of spreading education to the weaker sections of the society, women and minority groups.
The party shall collect donations and subscriptions for the purpose of fulfilling the above objects of the party.
